Where do you ship to?
We ship across Europe and worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on your location â typically 7 to 18 business days. We're working on getting faster every season!
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery: 7â18 business days. We'll send you a tracking number as soon as your order ships so you can follow it all the way to your door.
What's your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Simply email us and we'll guide you through the process.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, but if you reach out within 12 hours of placing your order, we'll do our best to make changes. After that, we can't guarantee modifications.
My item arrived damaged â what do I do?
We're so sorry to hear that! Email us at lumae.support@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item, and we'll sort it out immediately.
What sizes do you offer?
Our pieces are available in XS, S, M and L. Check each product page for specific size guidance. When in doubt, size up for a more relaxed fit.
